Whether your student is facing academic or social challenges, or balancing family or job responsibilities, Ohio Digital Learning School (ODLS) by K12 offers a tuition-free, public-school experience built for their success.
Our Mission
Since 2019, ODLS has helped Ohio students in grades 9–12, ages 16–21, graduate with pride and take control of their future. No matter where a student is in their learning journey, our teachers and counselors are by their side—providing the guidance, encouragement, and resources students need to feel empowered to create their own path forward.
Our Focus on the Future
Ohio Digital Learning School is a Department of Education–designated Dropout Prevention and Recovery School, authorized by the Ohio Council of Community Schools. Students receive targeted remediation plans and/or individualized career plans to get up to speed and move forward.
Our Ohio-Certified Teachers
In coordination with our counselors and advisors, the Ohio-certified teachers at ODLS tailor the high-quality curriculum and tools provided by K12, our online learning platform, to help students get motivated, set goals, and stay on track to graduate.

“Ohio Digital Learning School is specifically a model that allows us to serve kids from ages 16 through 21, who have run into impediments along the way. A GED is not user-friendly, but this model allows them to get in, whether they have zero credits or if they’re one credit shy. ODLS gives them that launch pad to make the next step in their life. Whether the road is long or short, the fact that we can be a bridge to get them where they need to go is what drives us.”

Ohio Digital Learning School uses the K12 online learning platform, tailoring its high-quality curriculum and extensive resources to meet our students’ unique needs here in Ohio.
